My dilemma is am new to this field so is there any other better power MOSFET for high voltage switching application and driver for dahasheet same. That just will make your circuit much easier and save you a transistor and resistor.

The 20 Volt you probably saw in the datasheet, but that is the max voltage on the gate. The irf doesnt need 20 Volt tu dtasheet on. This will need a good heatsink if the load is datahseet for more than a second or two, but it is no issue if it gets millisecond pulses every few seconds.

I presume you are aware of the designcriteria of an H-bridge and the chances of shorting your PSU if you dont do the switching correctly. But if it is working for you, that is good. Anyway, depending on your circuit, I am not sure if you need a logic level P fet as often there is transistor driving the mosfet.

The input capacitance is best chosen as low as possible. Somehow Logic P channel mosfetsarent as plentiful.
